Bollnäs is located in the middle of the province of Hälsingland, easy to reach by car, bus or train.  Take the scenic Route "Tidernas Väg" Road 83, or travel by the motorway E4 to Söderhamn and then west on Road 50.
Several trains from Stockholm and Arlanda airport serve Bollnäs daily, and busses serve both north-south and east-west routes through the town.
